Our History

In 2006, Pinnacle Treatment Centers acquired four outpatient facilities in Pennsylvania.

We now help those in need at 135+ locations in nine states.

How We’ve Evolved

What began as four office-based outpatient centers in Pittsburgh and Johnstown transformed into a full continuum of community-based care with a complete range of evidence-based, proven-effective treatment options. Since our modest beginnings, we’ve become one of the nation’s leading providers of quality treatment for alcohol and substance use disorders. Our programs include Medically Monitored Detoxification, Residential Treatment, Intensive Outpatient Treatment, Partial Hospitalization Treatment, and Outpatient Treatment. We offer Medication-Assisted Treatment across all levels of care, with Office-Based Opioid Treatment available in select locations.
